The Ranch Kitchen in Gallup
If you missed out on the Navajo Tacos at the Ranch Kitchen on the far west side of Gallup, you missed an important culinary and gustatory experience. Last time we went through Gallup, the building was empty. Weeds grew through cracks in the parking lot pavement. The spirit of the tacos lives on. I can taste them in my memories.
